I had worked with James for a few years now at my previous place of employment. When I took on my new role the business was in desperate need of an overhaul of the web design and media management. The company they were using were not only way overpriced but also lacked any form of customer service and operated only from offices in France which was unhelpful during Australian business hours. I needed to get the situation resolved and quickly. Having worked with James at diskmandotnet before I knew they were Australian owned and operated and their customer service was second to none. Thankfully I was able to determine that the contract my employer had signed previously was not legal or binding and was able to eventually regain full control of our domain back. (not without a lot of headaches!) It took one call to James who stepped in from there, and its been hassle free and smooth transition ever since. The team at diskmandotnet designed us an entire new look. James followed the scope perfectly and was so patient with all our requests and changes along the way. We couldn't be more happier with he end result Personally, I couldn’t recommend highly enough and will continue to work with diskmandotnet as the business grows and progresses into new stages.

We moved 7 of our websites over to diskmandotnet in 2022. We are extremely happy with the excellent service, that the company have provided. They are professional and are always there to help us. The owner has gone out of his way to make sure everything is running perfectly on all our sites. Even on weekends if we have ever needed assistance he is always willing to help us. I would highly recommend diskmandotnet. All our sites are running smoothly, we do not have or had any issues with the sites, our data transfer was a breeze, the company worked relentlessly to make sure we had our data base copied to our new sites. diskmandotnet, are not only our servers but they also created our new websites for us. They have helped us with linking all our social media to the sites, our mailchimp and anything far and beyond what any other company would do. There was a lot of work required to do this, but we did not have any issues. The sites were all finished on time and a few sites finished before the due date. Having no idea where to start when beginning an eCommerce platform for my business it became so confusing with all the options available. My initial thought was to use one of the "en-vogue" sites available now to create a site myself. Luckily, I was put onto DiskmandotNet before i committed to anything.The team are amazing! Every little thing i envisaged for my site came into fruition. OMG I don't know where to start. We were with Sites and stores for 12 months the service and charges were astronomical. To be honest I didn't know what to do. I was recommended to James at Diskman and he fixed everything and OMG I am saving so much money its ridiculous. He worked out what I needed for our business very quickly and did it straight away.
