Web Hosting SupportPriority web hosting support and other areas of support are given to our existing customers and clients.

Our web hosting support desk is manned 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours all support is handled via email unless previously arranged for phone or remote support.

The fastest way to get help is to submit a support ticket.

If you need to contact us for web hosting support services:

We do not support issues related to 3rd party vendors such as Google, Telstra, Optus (your service provider etc). If you have a problem with their services you must contact them. It is imperative to identify where your problem lies and to address support requeststo the relevant organisation before contacting us.

Please identify that the problem you are experiencing isn’t as a result of a potential problem with your Internet Service Provider (eg, Telstra, Optus, your mobile provider).

Are you able to surf the Internet? Or is there no connection at all? If you have no Internet Access, you will not be able to access your web hosting account, web site email hosted with DISKMANdotNet. Don’t panic, this does not mean your website or email is ‘down’.

If you can verify that your PC has Internet Access. A good way to try this is by visiting Google and trying to search for something. If you can surf the internet but still can’t see your web site or use your email, then is the time to contact us.

If you have to call us for support, please make sure:

  • That you are in front of your PC. We cannot help you if you are not in front of your PC.
  • That your PC is properly connected to the Internet (see above).
  • That you have your email user name and password handy (if possible).
  • That if you need a password set, that the account owner is nearby. We’ll need to get their authorisation.
  • That you’ve read through our Troubleshooting Guide. Many of your questions might be answered there. Could save you time and a phone call!
