The most cost-effective way to get our support is via an MSA, otherwise our full hourly rate applies should you need assistance to resolve any issues.

Establishing an MSA immediately drops our regular ad-hoc support fees by 25%. That is, down from $185/hr to $138.75/hr.

Your MSA with us covers your business for up to 10 users and starts from just $220 per month.

For this we will provide you with:

  • 15 mins included support – additional support at $138.75/hr invoiced in 15 minute blocks

  • Priority support – jump the queue

  • Documented support – via Support Ticket

  • Discounted support fees – don’t pay full rate

  • User management – add/remove/modify team member licensing

  • Microsoft 365 Tenant Admin – we monitor and fix M365 issues and security in the background, so that you don’t have to

  • Troubleshooting software issues  – such as with Outlook Mailbox, OneDrive or Microsoft Teams issues. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other MS software can be supported on a limited basis.

  • Anti-virus and anti-malware protection for your computers.

  • Offline backups for your M365 emails and OneDrive cloud storage

  • 24/7 Computer Monitoring – we keep track of your computers to ensure hardware and software are running optimally. If any fixes, updates or patch managment is required we can organise these for you at our discounted MSA hourly rate.

  • Ongoing documentation – user and computer documentation to assist in future management based on historical information
