Quick Instructions

Step 1 – Click the link above. You will be taken to a new page and TeamViewer QS will start to download

Step 2 – WINDOWS computer – click RUN
Step 2 – MAC computer – unpack the zip file and double click on “TeamViewer QuickSupport.app” to open the console

Step 3 – Enter a description (optional)

Step 4 – Wait for us to connect to your computer

To ensure you always have Teamviewer installed on your computer you can also download it for personal use via the Teamviewer web site here.

Click the green button the home page and download/install for Personal Use.

Once you’ve downloaded and installed, call or email our office and let us know your ID and Password.
