The space required for hosting is dependant on a number of factors, amely what kind of content will be housed on the server (large files like movies or MP3's can consume large amounts of space). Another factor is how many email users will be using the system; each email user needs an amount of reserved space to accept inbound email. Usually 25-50mb is allocated to each user.
