Notes about DISKMANdotNet Support
Our support desk is manned 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside (and during) these hours all support is handled via email.

We will either handle your request via return email or we will call you back on your nominated phone number from your support email.
If you need to contact us for support either in business or after hours, please note:
We do not support issues related to 3rd party vendors such as Google, Telstra, Optus (your service provider etc).
It is imperative to identify where your problem lies and to address support to the relevant organisation.
Please idendity that the problem you are experiencing isn't as a result of a potential problem with your Internet Service Provider (eg, Optusnet, Telstra, Netspace, Iprimus etc etc). Are you able to surf the Internet? Or is there no connection at all? If you have no Internet Access, you WILL NOT be able to access your email server at DISKMANdotNet. This does not mean your website or email is 'down'.
If you can verify that your PC has Internet Access. A good way to try this is by visiting Google and trying to search for something. If you get a search result, then call us to check your PC's email settings.
However, please make sure:
- That you are in front of your PC. We cannot help you if you are not in front of your PC.
- That your PC is connected to the Internet, via dial-up or broadband connection. (see above).
- That you have your email user name and password handy.
- That if you need a password set, that the account owner is nearby. We'll need to get their authorisation.
- That you've read through our FAQ's. Many of your questions might be answered there. Could save you time and a phone call!

Web Hosting Control Panel (cPanel)
All DISKMANdotNet customers can manage most aspects of their web hosting and email facilities by logging into their Control Panel (commonly known as cPanel). Your cPanel is located at:
www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/
You will be promoted for your username and password which we provided to you at time of joining DISKMANdotNet. If you have forgotten these details please contact our Support Team who will promptly get back to you.
