Google Web Page Submission (valued at: FREE)

We will, free of charge, add your web page to Google's main engine.  This means at a time in the future (usually within a week or two), Google will visit your site and read the underlying Description and Keywords, so that your page gets indexed by it's system.  This means that when your keywords are searched for by someone, your site has every chance to be found within the results that Google provides that person.

Every web site needs a unique address so that it can be indexed properly within the search engines. Your web space is reserved storage space on our servers for your web site (page) and for your emails.  100mb is plenty of space in which your online presence can grow.  It will store images and pages and also your emails until you open your email program and download it permanently.

10 Email Addresses (included with 100mb hosting account)

Your web hosting account gives you plenty of email addresses for your staff, friends or family.  Up to 10 addresses may be set up which are attached to your domain name.  Each email address is also accessible via webmail, when you are not in front of your regular computer; yes, even from a freinds house or while on the road or even cafe in Paris (or anywhere else in the world).

100mb Hosting Account
Your hosting account is renewable each year at the rate of $199 per year.

Domain Name
Your domain name is registered for 2 years.  After that the renewal rate is either $59 for .AU or $49.90 for .com for a futher 2 years.

Prices
All prices quoted include Australian GST.

Splash Page
The web splash page we build for you is based on a hosted application on DISKMANdotNet servers. It comprises of a database and has the flexibility of upgrading the service to allow more pages and other facilites like photo gallery etc.

Internet Marketing
Internet Marketing provided with this package is a basic once off service. Please contact us if you require additional internet marketing as we offer a range of more comprehensive services.

Website Hosting

Copyright
The customer acknowledges that any material supplied to DISKMANdotNet, by them for development of this web page does not infringe Australian or international copyright laws. Further should any material supplied, whether knowingly or unknowingly, infringe copyright laws, the customer indemnifies DISKMANdotNet from any action or costs arising from such infringement. All software design, original artwork, JavaScript, and all other coding or program design remains the intellectual property of DISKMANdotNet. The Client may not use original artwork created by DISKMANdotNet for any other purposes without the written permission of DISKMANdotNet

Payment Policies
All hosting accounts are setup on a prepay basis. Payment is made in advance and is non-refundable. DISKMANdotNet reserves the right to alter prices at anytime but pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.

Payment of hosting services must be received prior to the commencement of the website hosting period. DISKMANdotNet reserves the right to suspend web hosting if payment is not received by this date. DISKMANdotNet will not be responsible for any loss to the customer following the suspension of website hosting due to non-payment of an account. Reinstatement of a suspended account may incur a reinstatement fee of $25.00. When the domain name for your hosting account requires renewal a late payment may result in the domain name expiring and you may not be able to re-register the domain name. We recommend making payments well in advance to prevent this scenario. The customer is responsible for providing DISKMANdotNet with current billing details to ensure invoices are received prior to the commencement of the website hosting period.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your web hosting account requires a signed, written request from the customer. The customer is responsible for all web hosting charges owed to DISKMANdotNet from the commencement of the web hosting account until the receipt of a written cancellation request. If the cancellation of the web hosting account is requested within the first 12 months or any other agreed contract period, all payments specified for the full term of the contract are liable and due immediately upon cancellation. If you choose to move your website to another hosting provider you will require the services of a website developer. DISKMANdotNet will provide the files and data for your developer to recreate the site on your new hosting platform. DISKMANdotNet will provide the following to your developer: HTML, CSS and images from your interface design; Page data and other relevant data from your website database in CSV or XLS format; Uploaded images and documents. The cost of this backup and transfer to your new developer is $125.00
